It effectively is the same, but one cost in performance more than another and makes the system less intuitive overall.Ĭost is easy to understand, linked systems with overlays. ![]() I would offer the opinion this system offers little yet costs a lot, I would suggest balancing the cost of upgrades rather than the more complicated linked upgrade system. Its a nice idea but overall it just means you upgrade x tile instead of y, overall most players will just upgrade when the overlay says it can.
